How do we measure response?+
T0 is the registration of a priority alarm at the control room. Target: a human operator begins handling at least 95% of these alarms within 60 seconds, measured monthly across the control room. Automated receipt alone does not count. Patrol dispatch within 5 minutes of T0; confirmed intrusion or danger to life triggers immediate action alongside notification of the appropriate emergency services. The 20-minute arrival target from T0 applies only in an address-specific zone validated for access, including peak-season traffic. Otherwise, a different specific limit or unavailability of this SLA is disclosed before contracting. A report is issued within 24 hours of the end of attendance. Every overrun is explained and logged; ordinary seasonal congestion is not a blanket exclusion. VIKING cannot guarantee emergency-service arrival times. Customer rights and service credits are specified in the SLA schedule.

A docking station, optical 4K cameras and 640 × 512 thermal imaging. Planned missions supervised by an operator, night observation and additional situational awareness for the ground patrol.
What does an air patrol include?+
Base and route design, alarm integration, readiness checks, scheduled flights and event missions within agreed limits. The aircraft is not constantly airborne: charging and maintenance are necessary. Thermal imaging reveals temperature differences, not what is behind walls. Qualified operators and an appropriate legal operating basis are required, particularly for BVLOS. Airspace zones may restrict or prevent flights. The survey covers PAŻP/ULC restrictions, weather, privacy, connectivity, the landing area and public safety. Buying a dock does not itself authorise flight operations.

Initial term: 24 months. Further 24-month terms require an express agreement.
PLN 11,900 and PLN 1,190 include VAT. The base package includes standard installation, commissioning, agreed transmission and cloud event copies, and planned maintenance checks. Non-standard groundworks, extra cable routes and additional equipment are quoted before signing. Infrastructure, devices, retention and transmission limits are disclosed in the specification, with no unagreed extras. Cameras, cloud and control-room integration must pass compatibility testing. Battery LTE cameras may record events only. Continuous recording requires an approved architecture with a local recorder and LTE connectivity. No substitution of 2K for 4K without your consent. Equipment ownership or loan, servicing, batteries and termination are defined in the contract. Call-outs follow the agreed alarm procedure, including unconfirmed alarms. Faults and recurring false alarms require diagnosis; additional work requires an agreed quote. Protection is not insurance or a guarantee against loss. Total base charges over the initial 24 months are PLN 40,460 including VAT. Consumer rights, complaints and any statutory right to withdraw from distance or off-premises contracts remain unaffected.

Model estimate: PLN 2,490 including VAT per additional camera with standard installation + PLN 99 per month for its service. Final price follows a survey. New poles, groundworks, extra cable routes and increased energy capacity are quoted separately. Backup runtime of up to 6 hours is checked again after every expansion.

Can the drone patrol every property?+
No. We first assess airspace zones, required approvals, distances, obstacles and privacy. Flights may be restricted or impossible at some locations. The drone supplements ground protection.
Does monitoring mean someone watches every camera all the time?+
Alarm signals are handled around the clock. Video supports event verification and scheduled virtual patrols. Dedicated continuous viewing requires separate staffing and pricing.
Does the contract automatically renew for two years?+
No. A further 24-month term requires an express agreement. End-of-term arrangements and continuing-service options are disclosed before signing.
Can I expand the system?+
Yes. Cameras, detectors, buildings and services can be added after assessment. You approve the scope, price and effect on backup runtime before work starts.
